W&S Imports LLC, a US-based importer of Webley & Scott shotguns, today announced their sponsorship of the MidwayUSA Foundation. The MidwayUSA Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization with the mission to sustain and grow shooting sports by providing long-term funding to youth shooting teams. It is belief in that mission that spurred Webley & Scott US to support the MidwayUSA Foundation with the donation of two Webley & Scott Pro Comp 12 gauge shotguns for use or betterment of shooting teams in the United States, a value of over $3700.
The Webley & Scott shotguns donated were a Pro Comp Over/Under 12 gauge with a Metal Adjustable Glove Grip Stock and a Pro Comp Over/Under 12 gauge with a Wooden Adjustable Glove Grip Stock. Both shotguns have 32″ barrels, black Cerakote actions with engraved details and blue hinges, and come with five interchangeable chokes. These shotguns are excellent competition guns and will certainly aid youth shooters in improving their clay target shooting performance. It is the hope of Webley & Scott that these shotguns will aid in our mutual mission to further support the shooting supports in today’s younger generations.
“Webley & Scott is one of the oldest gun manufacturers in the industry. While having almost two centuries of experience; we take pride in our products. Webley & Scott knows that our youth are the future of the country,” stated Matthew Nelson, President of W&S Imports, LLC. “As a company we know the value youth shooting can bring to a child’s life. It is an opportunity for them to learn discipline, integrity, and core values. Webley and Scott partners with MidwayUSA Foundation to accomplish these goals and have fun while doing it.”
The donation of the Pro Comp shotguns is the latest, but not the last such contribution made by W&S Imports LLC. As a new company, Webley & Scott US plans many such supporting gifts and has made it a founding tenet of the organization to support the shooting sports across the U.S. Follow along with Webley & Scott US at their website or on social media to learn more about their aim to grow the shooting sports.
